Our Sunday school meets each week to study God’s Word, fellowship, and govern church business.

Elkins Community Church Sunday school, directs the churches day to day business needs like paying utilities, building maintenance, and other financial concerns allowing the denominations to concentrate of their doctrine. When necessary, the Sunday school makes recommendations to the Trustees on large financial decisions affecting the church.

The Sunday school uses the David C. Cook Bible-in-Life curriculum, which is a theologically balanced, biblically based lesson plans for every age, every stage and every day. Typically, we receive quarterly workbooks and teachers guides for Sunday school members.
